Better Bedtimes


EAT. PLAY. SLEEP. REPEAT. This is a day in the life of babies and toddlers. We know how important it is for them to have the right balance in all these aspects. But what if limited sensory play experiences negatively impact naps and bedtimes or a lack of quality sleep causes problems in play behaviors and participation?

We have invited Chesca Hemandas of Lullababy to discuss all these and more in a 1 hour talk + Q&A on the basics of infant and toddler sleep, preparing a safe sleep environment, tips on how your child can achieve better sleep, and the importance of following a structured but flexible routine for your little one. Fitness Bee follows this up with a 30 minute sensory and movement class where you get to meet fellow parents, bond with your child, and allow your baby to learn and discover through play.

Rate includes:

Admission of (1) adult & (1) child in the gym area (additional child may attend for additional fee-limited slots)

(1) hour of informative talk on the topic of practical sleep training (sensory play area available for children while the talk is ongoing & is supervised by our Occupational therapists and assistant coaches)

(30) minute sensory and fitness class for kids ages 6 months to 2 years old facilitated by our Occupational therapist coaches after the talk

*ONLINE option for the talk is available via ZOOM (live streamed)
