Curated Playdates with Kinderclub: Play Your Way

•  A minimum of 3 children is required per group for a session to proceed
•  A venue must be provided by the group (home or agreed location) and should be safe and suitable for children’s activities

• Bookings should be made at least 7-10 days in advance to allow enough time for planning, preparation of materials, and teacher scheduling.


• Bookings will only be considered confirmed once parents receive an official confirmation email/message from Kinderclub. Confirmations will be sent within 3-5 days after submission of form, depending on scheduling and teacher availability.


For cancellations:
• Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 2–3 days before the session, subject to availability.
• Same day cancellations are not eligible for rescheduling.

For refunds:

• We have a no-refund policy once the booking has been confirmed and preparations have started.
This helps cover preparation time, materials, and reserved teacher schedules.
