Gymnastics Class with Gym Lab

Tumble, Jump and Soar with Gym Lab! Their dynamic program is designed for kids of all abilities to explore the exciting world of gymnastics in a safe and encouraging environment through progressive instruction.

Your child will:

• Develop fundamental skills:  Kids learn basic gymnastics movements like rolls, jumps, balances, and climbs, all while building strength, coordination, and flexibility.
• Conquer Challenges: Gym Lab’s certified instructors will guide them through age-appropriate progressions, helping them master new skills and gain a sense of accomplishment.
• Boost Confidence: As they overcome obstacles and discover their abilities, your child’s self-esteem will soar alongside their jumps!
• Make New Friends: Since Gymnastics is a social activity, kids build teamwork skills and lasting friendships with classmates who share their love of movement.

Class Includes: exploring a variety of equipment including bars, beams, trampolines, etc. with focus on safety with qualified instructors and a padded gym environment as well as a positive atmosphere that celebrates individual progress and teamwork.

Kit includes gym lab shirt, strengthening band, gym lab sliders

Sundays at 10/11am: 10am Kindergym and 11am Recreation AND Fridays at 5pm:  Kindergym and Recreation (combined class) 

*walk ins are welcome! You may also mix and match Friday and Sunday schedules**
