Consent & Waiver

As the parent or legal guardian of the child named here, I hereby give my full consent and approval for my child to participate in the Ready Steady Go class. I understand that there are certain risks of injury inherent in the sports class, as well as other related activities incidental to my child’s participation, and I am willing to assume these risks on behalf of my child. I hereby certify that my child is fully capable of participating in the sports class and that my child is healthy and has no physical or mental disabilities or infirmities that would restrict full participation in these activities. In addition to giving my full consent for my child’s participation, I do hereby waive, release and hold harmless the organizations involved, its officers, coaches, sponsors, supervisors and representatives for any injury that may be suffered by my child in the normal course of participation in the designated sports class and the activities incidental thereto.

AGE GROUPS: Our classes welcome kids aged 2-7, and at the moment, they all join the same class session. While we don’t have separate age-specific classes just yet, rest assured — our coaches are trained to adjust and modify activities based on each child’s age and developmental stage. Whether your child is on the younger or older end of the range, we make sure everyone feels included, challenged appropriately, and most importantly — has fun!

FOR NEW TRIAL CLASSES: If you’re joining a newly opened trial class (separate from our regular term classes), we need a minimum of 5 kids registered for the session to push through. Don’t worry — we’ll reach out if there are any schedule changes. Thanks so much for your understanding and flexibility! 😊

FOR ONGOING TERM CLASSES: If your child is joining a trial within an ongoing term, please note:

1. They’ll be joining kids who’ve already started the program — but no pressure! We always make sure they can ease in comfortably.

2. If needed, our coaches will provide age-appropriate modifications and guidance to help them catch up and feel included.

3. We encourage parents to stay nearby (especially for first-timers) to help ease any nerves.

CLASS SIZE: To keep things safe and engaging, each class is capped at 12-15 kids. This helps our coaches give everyone the attention and encouragement they need.
