  1. Just Move: semi-structed, activity-based and age-appropriate functional workout sessions incorporated into fun physical challenges and exciting tasks 
  2.  Intro to Strength Training: Creative workouts featuring bodyweight exercises, light weights, games, and challenges, resistance bands, and other cool tools while focusing on proper form

  • Please book/add to cart each desired session date separately, to book all your preferred schedules. See example below
    • Select July 21 Thursday $ 3 (to 4pm) $ click Book Now then…
    • Select July 28 Thursday $ 3 (to 4pm) $ click Book Now. Repeat until all desired session dates are selected then proceed to Checkout
  • Booking multiple sessions will entitle you to discounted rates.
    1-3 sessions Standard Rate
    4-7 sessions Less 5% per session
    8 sessions and above Less 10% per session
