Boxercise for Kids


Introducing Boxercise for Kids with Coach Adam Kechil! An engaging exercise class based on the training concepts of boxing and martial arts movement. It is a safe, fun and challenging workout that does not involve physical contact and challenging an opponent. Classes offer a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, punching pads, kicking punch bags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups.
Kids of all abilities ages 3-12 are welcome to join every Wednesdays at 5pm!
1. Focus and concentration
2. Physical development: mobility, balance, hand/eye coordination and general fitness
3. Confidence and Social Development
Coach Adam is a Regional Master Trainer of Boxercise Asia and a registered Boxercise for Kids instructor in the UK. He has a solid background in various Martial Arts such as Taekwondo, Judo, Kickboxing and Karate. A personal trainer and certified fitness instructor,  he lives a life with passion to create a fitter future though the skills of training & development.
Schedule: Wednesdays 5pm 
Current cycle: June 12, 19, 26 and July 3 at 5pm
