Get Moving, Get Grooving, Get Growing: Team Builders Fitness Class for Kids!

Is your child bursting with energy but needs a fun way to burn it off? Does he or she shy away from group activities, or lack the confidence to join in? This Team Builders Fitness Class is designed to tackle both, combining the power of physical activity with the magic of teamwork to unleash the best in every child!

What does it involve?

  • Dynamic, age-appropriate workouts:  Our classes are packed with high-energy games, obstacle courses, challenges, and creative movement activities that keep kids engaged and having fun.
  • Building teamwork and social skills: Through collaborative games and challenges, children learn to communicate, cooperate, and celebrate each other’s successes. They’ll build trust, overcome shyness, and discover the joy of working together towards a common goal.
  • Boosting confidence and self-esteem: As kids master new skills, overcome challenges, and experience the power of teamwork, their confidence soars. They’ll develop a positive body image, embrace healthy habits, and gain the courage to step outside their comfort zone.
  • Promoting overall well-being: This class is more than just physical activity. It’s about fostering emotional well-being by reducing stress, boosting energy levels, and improving focus. Through movement and laughter, children learn healthy coping mechanisms and develop resilience for life’s challenges.

This class is for kids of all abilities and fitness levels ages 7 to 13.

Current cycle: Mar 19, 22, 26 & Apr 9, 12, 16, 19, 23 Tues and Fri at 5pm (no classes on Mar 24 & Apr 2, 6)
