Is your child bursting with energy but needs a fun way to burn it off? Does he or she shy away from group activities, or lack the confidence to join activities or sports? Our Fitness + Train Class is designed to provide a creative way to introduce movement and active play while combining physical activity and teamwork to encourage the best in every child!
Our licensed Physical Therapist coach provides a dynamic approach to fitness that ignites a love for movement and paves the way for lifelong healthy habits!
What does it involve?
- Dynamic, age-appropriate workouts: Our classes are packed with high-energy games, obstacle courses, challenges, and creative movement activities that keep kids engaged and having fun.
- Building teamwork and social skills: Through collaborative games and challenges, children learn to communicate, cooperate, and celebrate each other’s successes. They’ll build trust, overcome shyness, and discover the joy of working together towards a common goal.
